As a Certified Staging Consultant, Kristin can also make their existing home attractive to potential buyers by repositioning, repurposing, and streamlining their existing belongings in a way that creates positive attention!

The C Starr Team takes a collaborative approach to real estate, and all team members serve as both teachers and students. By sharing their ideas and experiences with one another, they strengthen the team as a whole. Have you ever heard the phrase, "You get out of life what you put into it"? One of the reasons Kristin is proud to work for the C Starr Team is that they invest their time and energy in the neighborhoods they serve. C Starr Team members all actively volunteer at various levels throughout the community. To truly understand a community, you have to get to know its people and become part of its culture.

 

As a mom of college boys, Kristin can be found visiting them at their campus to enjoy tailgating, attend games, and cheer on her Hawkeyes!  She is a proud Iowa Mom and Alumni!
