Dawn Finnegan is the dedicated Transaction Coordinator for the C Starr Team with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, supporting buyers and sellers across Arlington Heights, Palatine, Mount Prospect, Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg, and Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs. With more than a decade of experience coordinating real estate transactions, Dawn plays a vital role in ensuring every step of the process runs smoothly from contract to closing.

Working closely with the C Starr Team’s full-time agents, Dawn manages the many details that keep transactions organized, compliant, and on schedule. Her meticulous attention to contracts, deadlines, and communication helps create a seamless experience for both clients and agents throughout the entire real estate process.
