As the principal agent of the C Starr Team, Caroline is licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Her focus, drive, and vision have enabled her to build the real estate team she always dreamed of. A lifelong resident of the Northwest Suburbs, Caroline brings a deep understanding of the local market to every transaction.

Caroline established the C Starr Team in 2013. The C Starr Team is a group of full-time agents which includes four brokers, Mary Cavanagh, Kristin DeJohn, Rachael Hooker, Danielle Doty and a Transaction Coordinator, Dawn Finnegan. The C Starr Team is consistently ranked as a Top Performing Team, selling over $80 million in sales and over 200 units in 2021.

As a team, there is always someone available to help! As a lifelong resident of Chicago and the Northwest Suburbs, Caroline and her team know the local real estate market and have a unique understanding of the area homes.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and is actively involved in her community. Caroline currently serves on the Board of Directors for Saint Viator High School and the Advisory board for JOURNEYS The Road Home, which is a non-profit agency that provides shelter, social services and housing to the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in 37 towns in north/northwest suburban Cook County. Caroline is also a Eucharistic minister at Saint James Church in Arlington Heights and co-president of the Saint Viator High School Booster Club.

In her free time, Caroline enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, and always enjoys a good glass of wine!
